Support Coordination
NDIS provides three levels of support coordination:
We provide you any required assistance to really connect with people and the community. Likewise, we help you to maintain relationships with the community and funded supports ultimately, enabling you to get the most out of your plan and achieve your goals.
We understand that NDIS plans can be overwhelming, so we help you build skills to understand, implement, and use your plan. We’ll help you to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, act and decide independently, resolve points of crisis, develop resilience, and participate in your community.
Usually, this is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. We make sure there are no barriers and complexity in a supportive environment, ensuring you get the services you deserve 24/7.
